Peppermint cut
Peppermint has a pure, refreshing, menthol character. 

Ingredients:

Peppermint.
Important: Always infuse with bubbling boiling water, allow to steep for at least 5-10 minutes! This is the only way to obtain a safe food

 5-10 minutes infusion time
 100 °C water temperature
 4-5 teaspoons per litre
